Sugarloaf Citizens Association works hard to preserve the agricultural tradition in Montgomery County, and to protect the viability of the Agricultural Reserve. They monitor development proposals and permit applications, testify at special exception hearings, county council hearings, park and planning hearings and at the Council of Governments, and intervene via legal action when necessary to prevent industrial and development expansion in the Ag Reserve.
