Procedure

1. Read the General Conditions and Terms of Use.  Indicate that you have read and agree to the terms by clicking on the acceptance button.
2. Complete the information required in the on-line form. Please be as specific as possible.
3. Once the form has been submitted, the Application will be reviewed and you will be notified as promptly as possible as to approval or disapproval. 
4. In the event of approval, the Association will determine the amount of any Security Deposit and License Fee required and forward a fully executed copy of the document to you for your signature. Any License Fees collected by the Association are devoted exclusively to costs and expenses associated with the Facility.
5. Depending upon the nature of the Event and the Applicant, the Association may waive the payment of a Security Deposit or License Fee, or both; however, the Association cannot waive the requirements relating to a Certificate of Insurance.
6. The Security Deposit and License Fee, if any, and applicable Certificate of Insurance must be received as quickly as possible by the Association and not later than 10 days prior to the scheduled Event.  IMPORTANT: THE DATE(S) YOU REQUEST WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED UNTIL YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED AND PROOF OF INSURANCE, AND ANY REQUIRED SECURITY DEPOSIT AND LICENSE FEES ARE RECEIVED.
