Hoping your holidays have been joyful and restful so far.

A gentle reminder to renew your SCA membership and/or donate before the end of the year in order to get a tax break for 2024. Just click the button below to go to our website donation page where you can also read our year-end letter.

2025 will present unique opportunities and challenges. Our advocacy to preserve and protect the Ag Reserve and foster sound environmental stewardship in Montgomery County has never been more important.

In particular, please consider letting your elected representatives on the County Council know how you feel about the County Executive’s plan, announced in November, to keep the Dickerson trash incinerator operating for up to eight more years. We consider the plan unacceptable.
